Public Affairs Section celebrates Moroccan National Reading Day

 

PAS Rabat participated in the celebration of Moroccan National Reading Day through a series of programs at five different cultural centers from May 12 to May 15.  Over 150 young members of these centers participated in the programs.  Children were invited to read a book from “My Arabic Library” collection and summarize what the book’s message meant to them. 

They presented poems and plays adapted from three favorite books from the “My Arabic Library” collection: “The Little Red Hen;” “Dinosaurs: I’m the Winner!” and “The Greatest Treasure.”  The IRC staff distributed books from the “My Arabic Library” collection as prizes for the winners.
